Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Inventory Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's warehouse by accurately processing orders, managing inventory, and facilitating shipping and receiving tasks. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse management systems and order fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently using our warehouse management system.

  • Ensure proper packaging of products for shipment to maintain quality during transit.

  • Assist with e-commerce order fulfillment.

Skills

  • Experience in warehouse distribution and operations is preferred

  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing

  • Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures and best practices

  • Strong knowledge of computer systems including Outlook, Word and Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong CSR background is required
