We are seeking a dynamic and personable Resort Concierge to join our client's boutique property in Delray. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless, enjoyable, and memorable. The Resort Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional guest services by providing personalized assistance, local recommendations, and efficient problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures at the front desk.

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.

• Provide detailed information about resort amenities, local attractions, dining options, and activities tailored to guest preferences.

• Address guest concerns or issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and requests to personalize future interactions.

• Collaborate with hotel departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage to ensure guest needs are met promptly.

• Manage time effectively to handle multiple guest requests simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service.

Skills

• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively.

• Previous hotel or resort experience is preferred to understand hospitality operations thoroughly.

• Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist and delight guests.

• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with front desk procedures and phone etiquette ensures smooth interactions.

• Ability to adapt quickly and handle stressful situations professionally within a resort setting.

Require Hours

• 30 hours/week

• 8a - 4p Wednesday - Friday

• 12p -6p on Saturdays
