The Operations Specialist supports daily business operations by coordinating processes, improving

efficiency, and ensuring smooth execution of operational activities. This role works cross-functionally to

streamline workflows, manage data, and support projects that drive productivity and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• The first two month of the role will spearhead the task of streamlining data between two systems

• Coordinate and support day-to-day operational processes across departments

• Monitor workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements

• Track and analyze operational data, metrics, and performance indicators

• Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics coordination

• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting systems

• Support implementation of new systems, tools, or operational initiatives

• Collaborate with teams such as finance, HR, customer service, and field operations

• Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems as needed

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards

• Prepare reports and provide insights to management on operational performance

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, administration, business support, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

• Experience working with business systems such as ERP, CRM, or similar platforms.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

$25/hr.
