Office Administrator
Job Description
A distinguished private family office is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to provide high-level administrative and operational support across several business areas, including investment management, public relations, fiduciary services, real estate, and property management. This position calls for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet professional with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact confidently with high-net-worth investors, business partners, and clients.
compensation: $62,400 per year
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for the private family and affiliated businesses.

Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments for key stakeholders.

Plan and oversee domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.

Handle confidential documents, financial records, and sensitive communications with utmost discretion.

Assist with real estate and property management, including maintenance coordination, lease administration, and vendor management.

Support investment fund operations, reporting, and data management.

Contribute to public relations efforts by drafting correspondence, managing media accounts, and assisting with brand representation.

Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents as needed.

Act as a liaison between stakeholders, business partners, and service providers.

Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all ventures.
