Job Description

A distinguished private family office is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to provide high-level administrative and operational support across several business areas, including investment management, public relations, fiduciary services, real estate, and property management. This position calls for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet professional with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact confidently with high-net-worth investors, business partners, and clients.

compensation: $62,400 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the private family and affiliated businesses.

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments for key stakeholders.

  • Plan and oversee domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.

  • Handle confidential documents, financial records, and sensitive communications with utmost discretion.

  • Assist with real estate and property management, including maintenance coordination, lease administration, and vendor management.

  • Support investment fund operations, reporting, and data management.

  • Contribute to public relations efforts by drafting correspondence, managing media accounts, and assisting with brand representation.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents as needed.

  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, business partners, and service providers.

  • Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all ventures.
