Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Maintenance Worker to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of our property in Hobe Sound. This role involves both outdoor groundskeeping and basic maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and well-kept environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine landscaping duties including mowing, edging, trimming, and watering

Remove debris, leaves, and trash from grounds and common areas

Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as painting, minor repairs, and equipment upkeep

Inspect property for safety hazards and report issues promptly
-
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
-
Support general upkeep of buildings and outdoor spaces as needed
Requirements:
-
Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance experience preferred but not required

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
-
Physically able to lift, bend, stand, and perform manual labor throughout the day

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Reliable transportation to and from work

Simple maintenance experience - basic plumbing or carpentry.
Additional Requirements:

Must be able to pass a background check
-
Must be able to pass a drug screening
$17 - $18/hr.
