Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Building Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fort Pierce, FL. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity offering a steady Monday through Friday schedule and competitive pay.

The ideal candidate will have experience performing general building maintenance and repairs, take pride in keeping facilities safe and functional, and be comfortable handling a variety of maintenance tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs

• Address basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting needs

• Inspect facilities and identify maintenance issues

• Replace light bulbs, ceiling tiles, filters, and other building components

• Assist with preventive maintenance tasks

• Keep interior and exterior areas clean, safe, and well maintained

• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

• Help ensure the property meets safety and operational standards

Qualifications:

• Previous building maintenance, handyman, or facilities maintenance experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, and walk throughout the shift

• High school diploma or GED preferred
