The Logistics Coordinator - Overnight will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and optimizing transportation logistics. 

Responsibilities:

Shipment Coordination:

• Arrange and coordinate shipments of domestic goods.

• Work closely with carriers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.

• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements.

• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure optimal stock levels.

• Collaborate with the procurement team to reorder stock as needed to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between various departments, including route drivers, clients, and warehouse teams.

• Communicate shipment details, delivery schedules, and inventory status to relevant stakeholders.

• Address and resolve any logistics-related issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma

• Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting.

• Proficiency in logistics software and tools, such as transportation management systems (TMS) and inventory management software.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
