Janitorial/Maintenance (Light)
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Maintenance Candidate to Clean Air Filters out doors with hose and re insert to air intake.
Will be wiping plastic folders with antibacterial.
Maintenance Tasks:
Maintain and repair lighting systems, including changing bulbs
Cleaning Duties:
Perform daily cleaning of common areas, restrooms, offices, and other designated spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Ensure trash and recycling bins are emptied regularly and disposed of properly.
Clean and maintain exterior areas, including parking lots, sidewalks, and entryways.
Replenish supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed.
Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies and spills to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in accordance with safety protocols.
Health and Safety:
Qualifications:
Proven experience in maintenance and/or cleaning roles.
This position involves both indoor and outdoor work in various weather conditions. The role may require standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
$19.00/hr.
