Junior Maintenance Technician — $18/hr | Full-Time | Weekdays

Are you mechanically inclined and the type of person who can't walk past a broken machine without wanting to figure out what's wrong with it? We're hiring a Junior Maintenance Technician to help keep our manufacturing plant and equipment running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for someone with some hands-on maintenance experience who wants to grow their mechanical and electrical skills in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Do

• Help diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues throughout the facility

• Learn and perform planned maintenance, breakdown repairs, and condition monitoring on plant equipment

• Log work orders, parts, and resolutions accurately and on time

• Keep parts and spare inventory organized and stocked

• Work alongside the Maintenance Team Leader to track and report machine status

• Coordinate with subcontractors and outside equipment vendors on repairs and adjustments

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work area

• Learn the function of every piece of equipment in the plant and look for ways to improve efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Mechanically inclined with a genuine interest in fixing things

• At least 6 months of mechanical maintenance experience

• Reliable, safety-minded, and eager to learn

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production setting

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pay: $18.00 per hour Reports To: Maintenance Team Leader / Executive Management
