Outbound Enrollment Specialist - Location: Boca Raton
Schedule/Shift:

9:00 AM – 5:45 PM

10:15 AM – 7:00 PM
-
11:15 AM – 8:00 PM
-
Includes two 15-minute breaks and a 45-minute lunch daily
Position starts at $22.00/hr.
Training Schedule

1st week: 9:00 AM – 5:45 PM (no matter what shift you're hired for training is this schedule)
Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base pay + commission

Commission paid at:

50% while temporary

100% upon permanent conversion

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team, supporting the program. In this role, you will communicate the value and benefits of membership to prospective patients through a personalized, consultative sales approach.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment and enjoy engaging with people. All sales efforts are conducted through outbound campaigns to patients already associated with transitioning physicians—no cold calling involved.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound call campaigns to educate patients on the benefits of membership

Utilize a consultative approach to identify patient needs and highlight relevant program features

Handle inbound calls and document all interactions accurately in Salesforce (CRM)

Perform research and assist with problem resolution

Escalate patient concerns to management when necessary
Key Competencies

Strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and program offerings

Professional, positive, and service-oriented communication style

Ability to effectively collaborate with physicians and their staff

Proven success in outbound calling environments and meeting performance metrics (conversion rates, talk time, quality scores)

Excellent phone etiquette and ability to navigate advanced phone systems

Bilingual skills are a plus
Minimum Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
2+ years of Sales/Customer Service experience in a call center OR administrative/business environment
Preferred Qualifications
-
Associate degree
-
Experience in consultative or relationship-based sales (healthcare or membership-based services preferred)
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
