Forklift - Industrial Truck Operator
Job Description
Our client in West Jupiter is seeking to staff a Shipping and Receiving/Forklift Operator for their warehouse asap.
This position may require employee to operate a forklift from time to time, which will include the following:

Forklift operating is a must so, you should have at least 2 years of continuous forklift experience.

Load, unload, and place product in proper storage bay stacked straight and neat.

Report immediately any and all incidents occurring on the forklift o Accurately input information as trained with scanner, documenting all functions performed.

Daily Customer Service
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed:
-
Skill in the use of computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating system.
-
Ability to use warehouse management system to process incoming and outgoing shipments.
-
Basic data entry and/or word processing skills. Experience with Excel.
Special Requirements:
-
High School diploma or equivalent.
-
Must obtain Industrial Truck Certification through in house training if operating forklift.
-
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
-
Steel toe boots, hearing protection, safety glasses, and other PPE as required by location.
-
Must be able to work a rotating shift that includes overnights on the weekend.
$17/hr.
