Director of Hospitality Asset Management
Job Description
This is a foundational leadership opportunity. We are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly experienced Director of Hospitality Asset Management to build and lead our elite hospitality division. You will be responsible for establishing the strategic vision and operational framework for our entire hotel portfolio. This role requires a unique blend of deep operational expertise—especially in full-service hotels with complex food and beverage programs—and the strategic acumen of a seasoned investor.
Key Responsibilities
Divisional Leadership & Strategy

Architect the strategic vision, goals, and best-in-class operating procedures for the new hospitality division.

Act as the firm's lead expert on all hospitality-related matters, guiding executive leadership on market trends, brand selection, and growth strategies.

Develop the foundation to recruit, mentor, and lead a future team of hospitality professionals as the portfolio expands.

Establish and manage key relationships with hotel brands, brokers, lenders, and third-party management companies.
Asset Performance & Financial Oversight

Take full ownership of the financial performance of the hotel portfolio, driving RevPAR, GOP, and NOI to exceed targets.

Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning process for each asset.

Provide expert oversight for all food and beverage operations, analyzing profitability and implementing strategies to optimize revenue from restaurants, bars, and catering.
Acquisition & Growth

Play a critical role in the acquisition process, leading operational due diligence, underwriting assumptions, and PIP assessments for new hotel targets.

Identify and execute value-add opportunities within the existing portfolio, including renovation, rebranding, and operation repositioning.
Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of progressive hospitality experience, with a significant portion in a multi-property leadership, asset management, or equivalent ownership-side role.

Core Expertise: A proven track record of success in managing full-service hotels with complex, high-volume food and beverage operations is absolutely required.

Leadership: Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive with experience building teams, developing processes, or launching new initiatives. You should be comfortable moving between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.

Financial Acumen: Mastery of hotel financial statements, asset valuation, and industry KPIs.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.

Location: Must be able to work from our Boca Raton, FL headquarters and travle regularly to assets.
$120,000/yr.
