Cleaning Associate - Delray Beach
Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys a hands-on role involving both facility upkeep and general maintenance tasks.
The successful candidate will assist with routine cleaning, sanitation, and light maintenance duties while ensuring the property remains well maintained and presentable.
Monday through Friday $20.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of common areas, offices, restrooms, and designated spaces.
Clean outdoor air filters by removing, rinsing with a hose, and properly reinstalling filters into air intake systems.
Sanitize and wipe down plastic folders and other frequently touched surfaces using antibacterial products.
Replace light bulbs and assist with basic lighting maintenance.
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces throughout the facility.
Empty and properly dispose of trash and recycling.
Maintain exterior areas, including sidewalks, entryways, and other designated outdoor spaces.
Restock restroom and facility supplies as needed.
Respond promptly to spills, cleaning needs, and other facility requests.
Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies following safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, facilities, maintenance, hospitality, or a similar role preferred.
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Comfortable performing both indoor and outdoor tasks.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical duties throughout the workday.
Professional attitude and commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming workplace.
This position is contingent on a background check and drug screen.
