Job Description
Our client is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join their team. This role is in a retail shipping and business services environment similar to a UPS Store, assisting customers with shipping, printing, packaging, and related services.
Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Must be able to work between two locations

Must be available to work every Saturday from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

No more than 2 employers in the past 5 years

Previous customer service or retail experience required

Prior hospitality experience preferred

Strong communication, computer, and multitasking skills

Reliable transportation
Responsibilities

Assist customers in person and over the phone

Process transactions and provide service recommendations

Handle shipping, printing, packaging, and mailbox services

Maintain an organized and professional store environment

Support daily operations and administrative tasks
