Bilingual (Spanish) Document Specialist
Job Description
Manpower is currently recruiting for a client in Delray Beach that is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Document Specialist. Applicants with Title experience would be considered for the higher end of the pay scale.
This position of title processing clerk consists of preparing documents and calculating an estimate of taxes and fees to title and/or register a vehicle.
Responsibilities include:
Processing information and legal documents required for titling and/or registration of motor vehicle
Must have the ability to multitask, be very organized and detailed.
This will require the individual to be effective, efficient and dependable in completing their daily tasks and responsibilities.
A successful individual will be flexible and adaptable.
Must have the ability to handle a fast paced work environment.
DOCUMENT HANDLING SKILLS
Ability to identify and handle sensitive and confidential documents
Ability to accurately calculate taxes and fees based on state/county/city requirements
Ability to accurately prepare documents to title and/or register a vehicle based on state/county/city requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
The candidate must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and the ability to strictly adhere to the company processes and procedures.
