Full time construction office position available in south Palm Beach County

What Will You Be Doing

  • Answering phones, directing clients, scheduling client meetings, data entry, customer service, entering data and assisting in preparing materials for the team, client project assistance.

  • Data entry includes entering contracts and payments in QBs

  • Wide variety of duties in a moderately paced but busy office so the day goes by quickly.

  • Other clerical duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Job

  • Work history that includes Construction industry experience. (ideal)

  • Clerical experience, MS office (Word and Excel)

  • QuickBooks

  • Proficiency using a Mac computer & OS

  • Logging and tracking permits

  • Comfortable working Tuesday - Saturday shift

 

$20/hr.
