What Will You Be Doing

Answering phones, directing clients, scheduling client meetings, data entry, customer service, entering data and assisting in preparing materials for the team, client project assistance.

Data entry includes entering contracts and payments in QBs
-
Wide variety of duties in a moderately paced but busy office so the day goes by quickly.

Other clerical duties as assigned.
What You Bring to the Job

Work history that includes Construction industry experience. (ideal)

Clerical experience, MS office (Word and Excel)
-
QuickBooks
-
Proficiency using a Mac computer & OS
-
Logging and tracking permits
-
Comfortable working Tuesday - Saturday shift
$20/hr.
