Accounts Receivable Specialist

Manpower is hiring. Our client in Boca Raton is seeking an Accounts Receivable employee to become an essential part of their financial operations!
Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring payment precision, reconciling accounts, handling invoices, and aiding our offshore team. This role is pivotal in upholding financial integrity and advancing our finance objectives.
Responsibilities:

Audit daily lockbox postings to ensure accuracy

Review policyholder refunds for correctness

Prepare and distribute invoices, ensuring compliance with policies

Reconcile receivable and disbursement ledgers

Process policyholder deposits

Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns

Assist in formulating new policies and procedures
Requirements:

High school diploma required; some college preferred
-
2-4 years of accounting or accounts receivable experience, or equivalent education/experience

Understanding of insurance premium receivables preferred
Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
-
Effective verbal and written communication

Proficiency in MS Office, with basic Excel skills
Pay Rate: $19.50 to $22.00 Depending upon experience.Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Onsite/Hybrid: Will have opportunity to work from home 1 day per week.
