Job Description

Temporary Support Assistant – 6-Month Assignment
Location: Stuart
Pay: $20- $22 hour
Duration: Approximately 6 months
Physical Requirement: Must be able to lift to 25 lbs

We’re currently seeking a temporary team member to assist with a variety of tasks in HR, including scanning, organizing digital files, and handling light physical duties (lifting boxes, moving equipment, etc.). This role is perfect for someone who has general experience in HR processes and basic IT troubleshooting.

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • General knowledge of office scanners, file management, and data organization

  • Basic IT experience (printers, connectivity, login issues, etc.)

  • Experience or familiarity with HR systems or processes

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks independently

  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. and assist with physical organization/setup
