We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our client's team. The Estimator will be responsible for accurately calculating costs associated with construction projects and providing clients with detailed estimates.

Pay/Compensation/Details:

• $30.00/hr.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Analyze project drawings and specifications to prepare accurate quantity take-offs

• Estimate labor, material, and time requirements for construction projects

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to gather necessary information for bids

• Develop cost proposals and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors

• Utilize construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam to create detailed estimates

• Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budget

• Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client meetings as required

• Proven experience in construction estimating, cost control, and project management

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

• Ability to interpret contracts, build relationships, and negotiate effectively

• Familiarity with Construction Management processes and Construction site

• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating

• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
