Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Part-time Maintenance Technician for one of our client's in Palm Beach Gardens.

 

20 - 30 hours/week.

Must be able to work Sundays 9AM - 3PM and two days throughout the week from 9AM - 3PM. Additional hours/days will be needed as events and holidays come up.

Employee must be able to work a flexible schedule.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clean lobby glass, sweep floors, remove debris, empty trash cans, vacuum carpet or use sweeper to clean carpeted areas

  • Review and monitor building on each visit utilizing the maintenance checklists to determine if any maintenance or repair items are needed and reporting back to Property Manager.

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

  • Good verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in maintenance of commercial buildings preferred.

  • Basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or other related experience strongly preferred.

  • Valid Driver’s License required.

  • Pass a background and drug test
