Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Prospect via phone with primarily company-provided leads and bid processes.

• Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with clients.

• Review blueprints & building plans for measurements, may also gather photos for quotes.

• Prepare sales proposals using estimating software.

• Conduct sales presentations with prospective clients.

• Collaborate with the office and field teams to ensure excellent customer service.

• Accurately update our CRM tool.

Qualifications:

• Strong client relations and communication skills.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.

• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable engaging with new people.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and estimating software (preferably Planswift).

• Ability to read and understand building plans.

• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

• Previous experience in paint and waterproofing sales preferred.

• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

• High school diploma + 3 years of construction estimating experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000 + annually+ commission (commensurable with experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift flexible
