The Enterprise IT Systems Specialist reports directly to the IT Director and is responsible for supporting enterprise IT applications, infrastructure, network operations, and end-user systems while following security best practices.

As the primary IT support specialist, this role will work closely with the IT Director to handle all aspects of IT support, systems management, and networking, ensuring smooth daily operations for the company.

This position is ideal for someone who has experience with enterprise IT support for a medium sized company.

Pay/Compensation/Details:

• $60,000.00/yr.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals (VLANs, DHCP, DNS).

• Experience in troubleshooting common IT issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.

• Experience writing applications with Microsoft Visual Basic .NET

• Experience developing/supporting Microsoft SQL Server databases

• Experience writing/maintaining Microsoft Excel VBA worksheets

• Experience with Microsoft Access

• Familiarity with security best practices, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), device encryption, and endpoint protection.

• Experience with remote management tools.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to support and collaborate with end users and team members.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
