Temporary HR & Onboarding Coordinator – 6-Month Assignment
Location: Stuart
Pay: $25/hour
Duration: Approximately 6 months
We’re seeking a highly organized, customer-focused temporary HR & Onboarding Coordinator to support our team for the next 6 months with potential to end contract earlier. This person will play a key role in creating a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires and assisting with various HR support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding
Assist with employee badging and access coordination
Support light recruiting activities (scheduling interviews, following up with candidates)
Provide exceptional customer service to internal staff and new hires
Help plan and coordinate employee events and engagement activities
Perform general administrative and computer-based tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate Has:
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Solid computer and organizational skills
Experience in HR support or administrative roles
A proactive, professional, and detail-oriented approach
