Pay/Compensation/Details:

• $75,000.00/yr.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, public relations, marketing or equivalent preferred

• 5+ years of experience in non-profit fundraising with at least 1 year of supervisory experience

• Demonstrated analytical and persuasive writing skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear manner to a diverse audience

• Marketing experience preferred

• Annual Fundraising Campaign development and implementation

• End of Year Campaign

• Fundraising Galas

• Small group events

• Create and execute a schedule of year-round fundraising appeal correspondence

• Lead and oversee appropriate other donor-centric communications, including monthly newsletter

• Donor Cultivation, Moves Management

• Database Management – maintain integrity of fundraising database (Salesforce)

• In collaboration with other team members, ensure completion of donor record-keeping and gift acknowledgements

• Grant management, including the research and application of the grants calendar

• Advocate for the organization in the community through presentations to civic groups

• Facilitate the Board of Directors Development Committee

• Social Media campaign collaboration

• Annual Report collaboration

• Corporate Partner recruitment and management

• Outreach efforts via local event calendars and press releases

• Capital Campaign interface and support, including endowment rollout

• Weekly and Monthly reporting to management

• Weekly Donations and Acknowledgements report review and summary

• Weekly and Monthly Activity report

• Monthly Outreach Projection/Plan

• Social Media updates

• Board update report every 6 weeks in advance of meetings
