Requirements and Responsibilities:

Establish and cultivate community relationships with the staff, vendors, residents, and guests.

Provide timely follow-up and ensure thorough follow-through with prospective and current residents.

Engage actively in community marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy rates.

Monitor and report on rent delinquencies for specific residents as required.

Comply with all state, governmental, and local regulations to meet and exceed the expectations of all Fair Housing guidelines.

Demonstrate adaptability to changing circumstances and a fast-paced environment.

Conduct duties with integrity and honesty.

Maintain composure under pressure and fulfill commitments consistently.

Exhibit meticulous attention to detail.

Possess strong organizational and planning capabilities.
