We’re looking for a FL Real Estate Paralegal to join our client’s team in Delray Beach, FL.

Pay/Compensation/Details:

  • $80,000.00/yr. base pay + bonuses

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Strong background in commercial property matters (acquisitions, leasing, financing, closings).

  • Ability to collaborate with attorneys, clients, and external parties.

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal/Legal Studies or equivalent experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software (e.g., Clio, Westlaw, SoftPro).

  • 3+ years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate.

  • Prepare/organize closing documents (deeds, easements, estoppel certificates).

  • Support lease administration (draft amendments, maintain lease databases).

  • Communicate with clients, brokers, agencies for permits and approvals.
