Competitive starting salary: $70,000/year, with potential for higher compensation based on experience (DOE)

Responsibilities Include:
Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including A/R, A/P, payroll, and general ledger
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports for senior leadership
Ensure compliance with regulatory and healthcare financial standards
Assist with audits, cost analysis, and strategic financial planning
Supervise and develop accounting team members
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
5+ years of accounting or financial management experience (Healthcare experience strongly preferred)
Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
